I specifically asked before being seated if there was enough time for a pedicure and a fill. I was told yes and rushed into a chair. While the service felt very quick, I didn’t complain because my pedicure was overdue and I didn’t have time to go to my usual nail tech. When it came time for my fill, I again confirmed they had time. I was asked what I wanted and requested a French tip, which they initially agreed to. Everything up to the painting stage was rushed, but again—I said nothing. Once we reached painting, the technician looked at me, tapped my hand, and said she couldn’t do a French tip and didn’t know how. She told me to pick one color instead. As I was trying to quickly choose a color, a man behind her repeatedly yelled “GET OUT” because they wanted to leave and were closing.
I will not return to this shop for anything else ever. Several times my nails have had indents in them from not being smoothed out right. On July 24th I had them done and the top coat started peeling off. I came in and they fixed 2 nails but in all reality they all should have been done because the top coat did not stay. I sent an email instead of just showing up to be sure they could correct this issue free since they were less than a week old but nobody got back to me. I had to go somewhere else and pay again to have them done. Maybe take time with your clients. You are a nail salon not a fast food restaurant. Quality over quantity. I will be sure to pass the word not to bother spending money at your shop. DO BETTER
If you visit here do NOT use Kelly! She’s too rough and very rude! I pulled my foot away several times due to how rough she was being, but that didn’t stop her from continuing. She popped an attitude when I asked her to fix French tip on one toe, it was thicker than the rest. Due to her behavior and poor customer service, I skipped my full set and thanked her for her time. If you want customers to spend money in your establishment, learn how to be respectful and considerate. Let’s not forget, how many times the uv lamp hit my nails when she put it down and the acetone she accidentally poured all over my left foot. First time and horrible experience. Will never return!
IF I could give this place zero stars I would! I went to use a gift card I had gotten for a Christmas gift. I got myself a pedicure with callus treatment with gel polish and a manicure with gel polish. The polish peeled off the one toe the next day and all my polish on my fingers has peeled off and it hasn't been a week, it started lifting by the cuticles and just continued peeling. They also overcharged me, my bill was suppose to be $80 for what I had done and I got my nieces nails painted which was an additional $60 for a total of $140, they charged me $155 plus I tipped them in cash! MAJOR RIP OFF! Oh and my nieces informed me after we left that the people who did their nails were extremely RUDE to them!
I went in for a simple manicure and gel. They couldn't be bothered to do the manicure properly. I'm a man that keeps my nails as short as possible, and I get simple black every time for color. My nail tech refused to shorten my nails when I clearly had length grown out, and I ended up having to purchase a nail file FROM THEM to finish the job I PAID THEM TO DO. I should never have to finish your job in front of you, for you. Ridiculous. Complete refusal to properly do the service I was paying them for. And my nail tech tried to only paint the center of my nails, she was going to leave the sides blank until I complained. I pay for all of my nails to be painted, not just some of them. I love filing my own nails rigjt after getting them done. Not. Stay away
