La Nail

I was their last customer of the day and not only was the nail artist mean but the nails looked so bad. I never write reviews but omg was I stunned at the lack of customer service. Honestly, the photos look horrible but they make it look better than it was. Save ur money lol.

I have never had nails done that don't lift, fall off or break. For the past year I've come here and have never had any of that. They run on time, are very detail oriented and clean. Absolutely recommend an appointment.

Low staffing misleads customers about "walk in" availability, prices are competitive, there is an unmentioned (although thankfully only 3%) surcharge to services in all store sales not paid for in cash, and since my last visit years ago they seemed to have downsized in their selections. As a walk in I was seated, redirected to return to the waiting area when an appointment walked in earlier than expected, and waited an hour before being seated again for an appointment (seated slightly late, still) made upon walking in. The nails themselves were done very quickly, the acrylic fill almost matches the color of the previous manicured nail, but overall- the convenience of the location and the competitive prices made it worth the waiting. Lana took me in as a last minute walk in and took her time doing my nails and pedicure. She was super sweet and kind. She did not rush and did such an amazing job. I deeply appreciate her kindness and amazing work. Thank you.

Been going here since the early 2000s. Always reliable and always staying current with the latest trends. As a hairstylist, I have my hands in water constantly and even the gels they do tend to last a good couple weeks. Although, my newest obsession is the dip nail polish. This stuff stays forever. I tend to need my nails done sooner due to regrowth rather than chipped polish. This photo was taken this evening after my latest dip nail manicure by Lee. She did a wonderful job and I would say this is the the best my dip has been out if the 4 times prior to this evening. Thanks Lee! Next time I will be requesting you instead of "anyone" 🤗
