La Mode Spa

I have gone here for years. While I agree with all the fantastic reviews, (it is clean, updated, great manicurists), I have been disappointed with the service I have received in the past few months. I always make my appointments ahead of time, I never walk in. I made one and I waited a half-hour. It was clear I wasn't going to get a pedicure anytime soon, so I left. I walked-in somewhere else and got a pedicure. Then I called on a Tuesday trying to get an appointment that same day in an hour from my call. They didn't have any openings. On a Tuesday? At 1 PM ? In June? I found ANOTHER salon and walked right in and got a pedicure. The last straw was I made an appointment for four days ahead, due to other circumstances I had to reschedule for the fifth day. Spa Lamode is an awesome salon. It is very clean and organized. They have all kinds of services and they do a great job. I always bring my family and friends, and they never disappoint. Vivian, the owner is very attentive to your needs.

Great location. Easy to access and parking is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. Vivienne is the sweetest! Love this place. It helps that the design/atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Relaxing environment. Wide variety of services to choose from.
