I had such a great experience at this hair store! The staff was really helpful and knew exactly what they were talking about. They helped me find the products I needed without trying to upsell me or rush me. The store was organized, and had a huge variety of hair products, wigs, oils, and accessories. Everything I bought has been working amazing so far, especially the hair oil they recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back this is my new go-to hair store!

Extremely disappointed. I came in expecting a professional experience and left frustrated and unhappy. The staff seemed rushed and careless. There was poor communication, no attention to detail, and it felt like they just wanted to get me out of the store as fast as possible. For the price they charge, the quality is unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The one behind the desk with the glasses is highly rude and nasty to her customers, I asked for help about 3 times before she actually got up to help me. The other staff member had a whole child on the blanket on the floor when me and my grandmother came in. They don’t have anything in the store. I will never come back here again gonna stick to deland.

Love the new owners- and all the new changes. This is always going to be my favorite beauty supply store to shop in Deltona.
