I cannot tell you how much I wanted to like this place, but after the 5-or-so visits I have had, I wanted to provide a detailed review for others. The technician, Abbey, is truly gifted and I definitely recommend her; however, the other staff members are shockingly rude and make you feel very uncomfortable. I would arrive 10-15 min. early for my appointment, and ABSOLUTELY NOONE would greet me. I would get dirty looks from multiple staff members. I would want a cup of coffee, but I felt so uncomfortable I would just sit there praying my tech would show up. (She was typically late.) So then I would just come on time. I'd still get uncomfortable glances and no "hello's" but at least I'd expect it. Then, my most recent appointment happened. They open at 9 am. I showed up at 8:58 am and waited

Abbey is hands down amazing! I can wear this a hundred way and never get bored! She was so kind and amazingly skilled! She took me from a dark brown to cotton candy rainbow!

Abbey is a miracle worker. Love her so much! My hairs never felt so healthy, soft and shiny. My curls are amazing!!!

Abbey does a great job on my nails. Her work has lasted almost two weeks. These are not gel coated....Can't wait for my next appointment.

I had a SCHEDULED appointment today at 11am. As a new customer, I figured I'd arrive a few minutes early. I made eye contact with 2 employees as I walked in. I sat there for about 15 minutes as 4 employees proceeded to walk past me, never to ask if I had been helped, what I was there for, etc. I could hear more employees in the back room. I told myself, I'll give them another few minutes. Then an employee came out from the back with a nice warm beverage and walked to a chair to sit and enjoy. Meanwhile at this point I'm wondering if I'm INVISIBLE. Needless to say, I showed myself out and will not be back.
