Absolutely impressed! Emily did my pedicure and Gel X nails. She did a perfect job. I showed her a picture of the fall style I wanted and brought it to life. She hand painted the leaves and they turned out great! My pedicure was amazing as well. This was my first time here and I will Most definitely be coming back to Emily.

I’ve been coming to lala for YEARS but here recently they’ve been blowing me away. I’m just so thrilled with the set Andre did yesterday that they deserve a million stars. They always go above and beyond whether I’m a walk-in because I broke my nail or if I have an appointment. I’ve seen quite a few on the artists there and they never disappoint. I love this nail salon! I have been to so many salons in and around Knoxville and this one is always consistent! They never fail to recreate any masterpiece that I bring in even when it's AI generated. Both Natalie and Emily have done amazing designs for me. Just be very clear about your vision ahead of time so they are prepared to pair you with the best matched artist.
