Roxana is the best. She has always taken care of my son. He does not cut his hair if she is not available. Been going with her since he was like 3. 14 now. Thank you Roxana, my son loves it every time.

They have horrible service I came in with 26” hair extensions worker cut my extensions without my consent.I asked her to blend my hair with my extensions she started cutting my extensions I asked her what she was doing she said cutting your hair i said not my extensions she said you said your extensions I never said my extensions she refused to fix my hair the ower tired to fix it but had no fix they offer to give me 300$ when I paid 900$ for my hair. Than the girl who messed up my hair yelled at me and said go sue me instead of apologizing for the mistake she did she laughed about. Never again I lost money and now I have to show up to my cousin wedding without the hair I wanted unfortunately thanks to the bad service.

I had some tape ins and need them to be removed, Natally was very helpful and amazing Thank You 🙏🏼

Usually good service but my husband's regular hair stylist was off and had to see other person and he was not happy at all.. didn't leave hair correctly for his preference and she used clippers that needed update routine cleaning and maintenance.
