Terrible nail expertise for the second time. I went in giving this place the benefit of the doubt thinking this would be better than my first nail experience here at this salon. They give good customer service but the nails are just never right not even similar to n the request I made. I had asked them for one design n the lady said she could do them however my nails ended up being two toned and nothing close to the picture that was requested. I asked the lady to fix it and she simply said no. I do not recommend going to get your nails done here. On one side I will have the nails that were requested n then add what my nails look like after.

I want to give my honest opinion of this business. I was giving this business as a recommendation for eyelash extensions and soon as I got there the woman who does eyelash extensions named Nary. She rushed and did my eyelash which lasted less than a week. Once I called her she said she can only fix them a little bit and that the reason my eyelashes were falling off was because I told her I was just crying. With the bold face lie and disrespectful communication between Nary and her customers I decided to write my honest review right after since this woman lied in my face about something I never did just to cover up the work she did. Once the review was posted Nary got on and responded back with discriminatory actions and very unprofessional behavior and comments about me and my children. Sh

Cut my toenail so short it bled! Burned in the water, had to leave. Worst experience for a pedicure in 30 years!! Said my nail was crooked, had to make it even! What?? It wasn’t short! Could you just have filed it???

Went in for an eyelash set as a walk in which was great. The eyelashes were fast, but burned EVEN 3 days AFTER if the wind blows the wrong way they BURN. I decided to get a color change as well with a design, the lady didn’t even look at the picture in which she screenshotted on her phone NOT ONCE! Two “nail techs” (using very lightly) had to work on my nails and STILL did what they wanted to. All awhile some red head lady who was sitting next to us was RUDE & instigating every time I asked the lady doing my nails to politely correct something! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ! && I paid $120

I came here yesterday with my family by recommendation. I called earlier in the morning and made appointments for later that afternoon around 2. My cousin and I both got an acrylic fill. They were very kind and friendly when we entered. My husband and other cousin both sat in the waiting area while our work was being done. Good color selection to choose from. Michelle was very relaxing and gentle with her work. After my acrylic fill she also did my pedicure. We had never been here before but we will definitely be back and I would definitely like to make this as our go to spot. We usually don't stick in town for our manicures and pedicures we have been driving to Galt. I look forward to booking my next appointment with Michelle.
