La Biotique Brow Studio

My niece and I visited the PGM Mall last weekend to do some shopping and we ran across La Biotique Studio. We decided to give them a try since we noticed that they were moving quickly and we really hadn’t planned on doing any self care that day but the techs were doing such a beautiful job with their clients and were getting everyone in and out so we had them do our eyebrows and they did a great job at shaping our brows we were both impressed at how quick and efficient they were.. We will be going back for sure! A big Thank you to the ladies working at La Biotique Brow Studio. You ladies rock!

Terrible experience. The woman who did my brows was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushed through the appointment, didn’t listen to what I wanted, and left my eyebrows completely uneven. When I tried to point it out, she got defensive and had an attitude instead of fixing it. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed — definitely not worth the money or the stress. I won’t be coming back.

I had a terrible experience at this eyebrow salon. The lady who was working there started yelling at me for no reason and ended up kicking me out. I was shocked and embarrassed — I hadn’t done anything wrong. There was no professionalism or respect at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone after how I was treated.Terrible i would not recommend going to her..!

I came in with my kids and I was by old navy and witnessed an employee being extremely rude to a Hispanic customer for no reason. It was upsetting and uncomfortable to watch, especially in front of my children. The customer did nothing wrong, yet the worker was loud and disrespectful. No one deserves to be treated like that. I left angry and disappointed — this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE don’t trust the staff, they are always so rude and the service is not good at all!! the whole time i could feel her hot dog breath on my face even through her mask. She also did my eyebrows very bad.
