La Biotique Brow Studio

Last time I went there a lady from Nepal did it, it was looking so good and I was happy. Today I went her name was jeso I guess. Was so rude and disrespectful she interrupted me while I was explaining what I want. She said wait for what I want to do you will like it. It is my right as a costumer to say what I want. So at the end she made my eyebrows sooo thin. And I said this is not what I want. Next she look at me and said I am not going to do your full face and she left me on the chair. I cried for my eyebrows and then she said she doesn’t want to do my eyebrows and she asked her friend to do it, but the friend also was not talking really nicely and looking not interested so I paid my eyebrows and I didn’t give her any tip because she doesn’t deserve it and I left

I was shopping at the mall and decided to give this place a try and will NEVER step a foot in their doors again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. The woman in the first chair kept saying I wasn’t holding my eyelid correctly for the threading. I ask her numerous times how she wanted me to hold it as I’ve been getting threading done for years and never had anyone say I wasn’t holding it correctly. Apparently, she got frustrated because I told her about herself and AGGRESSIVELY tried to move my hand. I told her to get her hands off me, as there was absolutely no reason for her to ever grab my hand as she did. I still tried to give her the benefit of doubt and after she again was acting weird, putting a mirror up in my face I chose to get out of her chair and take my business elsewhere

Jashoda was the one who did my eyebrows and I’ve never had anyone mess them up so much. My eyebrows were nice and thick and just needed light cleaning (which is what I asked for). She thinned them SO MUCH and the top line of my left eyebrow is now curved. What upset me the most was she blamed her error and results on how my eyebrows are naturally shaped which I’ve never had a problem with before. Simply put, don’t come here if you want what you’re gonna ask for.

Went there 20 min before close. Thinking I had time since previous experience it only took 10 minutes at most. She legit jacked up my eyebrows and I think it was on purpose. She said she was closed and I told I’d come back another day but she said no she’d do them. I was in a rush and didn’t really get a good look until I got home. She even looked at them many times as I was paying. I think she knew. I should have trusted my instincts and looked at them again before leaving. I will never come back here again.

I used to only get my eyebrows waxed and then visited La Biotique to try threading out. I haven't gotten waxed since. No matter who in the studio threads my brows, they consistently turn out perfectly. I won't try any other threading studio because I like it here so much. About once a month I go for a clean up and some times if longer a reshaping and I've been thrilled every time with the result. It's only $11 to get threaded + tip, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The studio is modern and clean. I always recommend to anyone that is looking to get their brows done to come here.
