La Belle Summerhill Nail Bar - Atlanta

I went on a Saturday around 4:30 pm. Upon entering I asked for a gel pedicure as well as French manicure. I was told it was going to be a 30 minute wait but I was fine waiting. After about 35 minutes someone started on my pedicure. Which the pedicure overall was great. I gave 3 stars because the girls upfront forgot I also wanted a manicure and we (my pedicure guy and I) had to tell them 3 times. He even noticed how other people were being serviced and they walked in way after I did. So that was kinda of upsetting. Eventually when someone came to do my manicure I didn’t have enough time to do French so I had to tell her to just do a solid color and gel and skip the actual manicure part. I called right before they opened to see if they could squeeze in a gel mani/pedi and they were very accommodating. My entire service took me one hour, which is amazing. Amy and Bao were detailed and efficient. Great service and very clean salon. I will definitely be back.

As a college student at Georgia State University, life gets stressful really fast, so finding a reliable self-care spot is a blessing. La Belle Nail Salon has become that place for me. I come either every two weeks or once a month, and I have never left disappointed. The staff is always warm, patient, and detail-oriented. They take their time, listen to what you want, and make sure you leave feeling confident and taken care of. The environment is clean, relaxing, and never chaotic, which makes it the perfect escape from schoolwork and deadlines. I’m loyal to this shop because they consistently deliver great service, and it is conveniently close to my threading spot, so everything I need is right in the same area. 9/29 update: The owner’s rep called me this morning and was kind and apologetic. She recognized that I was a repeat customer and she’s committed to having a quality long-term business in the area. She said she would directly speak to the Tech about his inappropriate comment and invited me to come back and get my nails fixed in addition to a discount on a future service. I appreciated her calling and acknowledging my experience more so than any repair or discount she could offer. I’m amending my review because historically I’ve had an amazing experience at this salon and the phone call speaks volume’s about the business. Update: 11/15/25 The manager (Kim) gave me a call and offered to make it right. BAO serviced me and gave me one of the best gel manis I’ve ever had. It’s been a week and my mani looks amazing. (See 3rd picture) This is definitely my new nail shop I’ll be back! I got a gel manicure with no massage, oil or cream/lotion and it was $50. Ryan did my nails and didn’t ask how I wanted my French manicure when I told him how i wanted it, he didn’t change it. If you take a look at my photos you’ll see the difference in the thickness of the French. The hostess and the staff were nice, but this was not the best place to get a gel manicure and I won’t be returning. I have attached pictures of my nails a week later. Did not hold up well at all.
