A recent visit with a friend left me disappointed with one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. Toes on one foot were not painted to the edges so I asked for correction. Hot stones were not hot my approximate three minute massage. When paying, there was a $5 charge for removing gel polish. Gel polish was also $20 which is higher than many places. With nail shops on every corner, pass this one and find another!!

I've been going to this place for about a year and i have not been disappointed. The one time I walked away unhappy with my nail design, I came in the next day and it was fixed for free no questions asked. I'm always seated and helped almost right away. Refreshments are always offered for free as well. Overall, I love this place and I will continue to go!

I got out for $50 total (not including tip) for a basic manicure and basic spa pedicure! Hanna did absolutely amazing. She was gentle and gave me a very relaxing leg, arm and hand massage. She was so sweet and great at her job. Experience wise, I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything by getting the cheapest option. Thank you, Hanna! Will be back!

Techs are amazing. They are friendly and professional. The front needs to be more organized and communicate to customers- as far as the wait time and availability for services requested. Everyone has a busy schedule. The shop as well as the individuals who go in there, so please be more considerate and communicate before having a person sit in a chair waiting over half our for service or not being able to provide a service in a timely manner. No one wants to spend 2 + hours sitting there

Went in to have my acrylic nails removed. When I say they make it so obvious you are bothering them, I couldn't be more serious. Maybe they were waiting on a bigger ticket, who knows. She acted as if she was done, and I HAD TO say something. I told her I could still see the fake nail on my nailbed (like 'obvious'). She then asked "So, you want more?" "YES! I want more!" I am now sitting at home looking at my nails with a layer of the half grown-out acrylic on them....shaking my head. You can even still see some of the OPI Natural color on the tip of my index finger. I will NOT be going back. I've gone to them on and off the last 10 years. No more, I'm done.
