I am completely and utterly disappointed by my experience here and I’ll tell you why. Yesterday, I came by here to check the products out and decided to stop by after a wonderful lunch. I walked in to see the products sold and I saw no one in the counter which wasn’t a conundrum, I figured whomever was there was working with inventory or backstock so I continued to shop. Well, shortly after there this lady came out lookin all crazy and rudely asked said if “I was going to buy anything” shortly after that she goes outside and looks at my best friend in a rude and unprofessional way. The selection honestly wasn’t even that great and I’m glad this lady showed her true and crass colors because that was my first and now last time that I’ll ever shop here again. I absolutely love this shop! She's been around for so many years and to me one of the staples that's still standing in Cove. I've never had an issue with old products or poor customer service. She's been so sweet to my family and I when we visit, especially, the more she sees your face.

I decided not to purchase items because I was being rushed and treated poorly. As I told the lady I changed my mind and started to leave she said " useless people." Not sure if she meant that about me or about black people but I told her that she was rude. I requested the owners name and number and she refused. I do not recommend that anyone go to the shop of a rude or racist person.

It’s a little pricer than most and the selection is smaller, BUT I always choose this beauty supply. The owner is very kind and helpful every time I walk in those doors. It’s rare that I don’t find what I need and I of course, love that it’s local.

SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO TO KILLEEN..THIS SCAMMER NEEDS TO CLOSE SHOP ASAP..HORRIBLE WIGS, THIN BUNDLES AND OLD COSTUME JEWELRY..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!!!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
