L & Y Nail Spa

Just moved to this neighbourhood few months ago. I needed my nails done so bad. Googled few nails salon & found L&Y nails spa. I made an appointment randomly and it was the best thing ever. I am a regular now. It’s a cute small salon, very clean, very gentle & woman owned. They are always friendly to me. Appointment is required. I always do with Lus 💗💗💗

The salon is very nice and clean, but they are not kid friendly at all. I sat for one hour and 30 minutes and got my feet done with my three kids. I also got my two daughters feet done and for over an hour they was not allowed off the pedicure chair, their daughter, the one who works behind the register guarded them every time they move she came over and told them no she was gonna tell me that it would be dangerous if they walked around meanwhile I'm a mom of three. I think she still belongs in school. My baby pacifier fell on the floor and I asked my older daughter to get it for me and she was an email allowed off the pedicure chair to grab the babies pacifier. She sat in front of my two daughters in the pedicure chair and guarded the mini gray chair so they couldn't sit on them and then

I actually really liked the new owners…and they always did an amazing job…and always had an amazing experience.. I didn’t make an appointment so that was my fault.. but the lady agreed to do the fill for me… I did tell her that my daughter was coming as well.. she asked me to call her and tell her to come at 10. She couldn’t.. so the lady ( the owner) said “ well why don’t you just go with your daughter…I have an appointment coming “…this is while she had the tool on my nail already 😂…Never again!!! Very unprofessional…

My wife went to get her nails done here on 4/12/2024. The woman said the nail extensions would last three weeks and it didn’t. It lasted a week, one by one her nails were falling off. My wife went back and got a regular manicure. The service was horrible and what a waste of money. They offered another woman while doing her nails water or coffee and they didn’t bother offering anything to my wife. Great job L & Y!

I got my gel pedi done here yesterday for the first time, found this place because it’s near where I live and is convenient for me as well as I would not wanna go anywhere else again after how well it was done! I got them done by Luz specifically, she was very gentle and took her time made the experience so lovely I do not get that from most salons. I felt perfectly comfortable. Gave me exactly what I asked for. Also a very clean and sanitary place.
