I sent a private message but did not get a response from the salon. I have been coming here monthly but the last two times I was left with cuts and stinging a few hours after from the drill on multiple fingers which are painful. I have great experiences too, but the last two times I have not been happy with the outcome.

Got a gel manicure done here for the first time a week ago and after only 2 days the tips started turning brown. I have never had this happen to me before. The girl doing my nails was super friendly and they looked so nice when they were first done that I didn’t complain that she cut my cuticle so deep that it bled heavily for several minutes. But after only a week I’m getting my nails done again somewhere else because of this discoloration. I haven’t used or done anything different this week for this to have been my error, I think there is something wrong with the product she used or how she cured the polish.

I never write reviews, but my experience was terrible. My pedicure lasted 25 minutes and came out looking like a ten year old had put on the polish. There were five employees there, and they all looked annoyed when I walked in. Not one said hello, no one smiled, and they all sat on their phones the entire time, with the exception of the woman who did my pedicure (who didn’t say a word the entire time). I gave them another chance after an equally bad experience on my wedding day, but I will never return.

I just had a fill manicure and I think in 40 years of getting my nails done, this is the worst one I’ve ever had. I think a child could have painted my nails nicer and neater than this. Polish on my skin, they didn’t get the polish to the edges, and lots of cuticle skin not removed. What a disaster!! I would never go back again.
