the lady who did my nails was very nice, the OWNER is rude & rush folks off. My nails was alright but I will not be returning.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for my last 5-6 refills and also gotten a few pedicures. I love this place. The ladies are so knowledgeable and sweet. The review from a Jennifer Binkley a few weeks ago is completely bogus. I was actually there getting my refill when she came in trying to cause issues. I recognize her from her photo and this happened about 5-4 weeks ago. The owners were so calm and explained to the women that when she got her nails done, she was very happy with it and even tipped them, and that coming back in days after the service, she’s now unhappy and wants her money back because “she has bills to pay”. i had an absolutely awful experience i asked her for a acrylic nail removal she started off by filing down my acrylics and then used a nail clippers to cut down too my natural nail AND THEN she got an acrylic nail from her container and pried my acrylic nail off ripping some of my natural nail off with it she got to my fourth nail and started prying it off but this time it SPLIT my natural nail and it started bleeding i did not let her do my right hand! she was nice enough to not let me pay and she was very apologetic. but here’s your warning!!

This is the absolute worst salon. First, it’s filthy, second the woman that did my nails and pedicure was completely rude .. she did nothing is asked of her. I went home and thought about my experience there and the money I paid for this horrible work she did, so I went back to either get my money back or have them fix my “lee press on” nails she did. They look horrible. the woman was videotaping my conversation with the owner and the owner yelled at me and told me to get out . And insulted me over and over again, my friends and family will NEVER use their horrible service again. Remember , THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I strongly recommend Never going to this dirty salon and use your money elsewhere …

I️ made a reservation for 2 spa pedicures. We had to wait about 10 minutes for one of us to get the pedicure. My spa pedicure only lasted 20 minutes. They rushed since people were coming in. The “massage” was a rub. My nails were not completely painted, missing several parts of the nail. Afterwards my friend finally got theirs, which also lasted only 20 minutes, again no massaging as promised.
