L V Nails

0/10 do not recommend. I called beforehand asking if they did a service and they stated yes. I finally came in for my appointment they had about 4 people going back and forth trying to work on my feet when I finally noticed they didn’t know what they were doing I asked for them to stop and take it off. I walked out and the man decided to grab me saying I have to pay for a service when I didn’t receive a service. He told me I was “picky” because I wanted a specific service done that they said they knew how to do. Very money hungry will never go back! I will follow up with police regarding assault. Keep your hands to yourself I will be contacting the better business bureau and reporting this business.

My sister and I had pedicures done and these ladies did a fantastic job!! I was so impressed by their sweet personalities and the aura of the salon was so relaxing and beautiful 😍 . I will never go anywhere else. The music was so relaxing and changed during our time there. The pricing was great. Ladies and gentlemen if you want to relax and really be pampered , this is the place to go!!!! Thank you ladies. Your compassion for your work is impeccable!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

Walked in at 11:30am and was ignored, 3 nail techs and none even gave us a look or hi, at 12 a lady comes in with her two daughters, no appointment and gets to be put infront of us. Very poor customer service!

I took my roommate to get spoiled for Valentine's day because she deserves it, and Chow is amazing as always! We'll definitely be back!

I just had a mani-pedi. I’ve been struggling to find a nail place while I’m up here over the summer from Long Island. Tried a place in Skaneateles and it was a little bit of a sloppy job. Tried this place and the same. There’s nail polish around my cuticles and they told me I was dry, but I am not and I’ve already smudged a couple of nails. I’m used to going to places that have nail blowers that you can sit at as long as you want but they don’t have those here ..just little fans at the nail station and they want you to vacate the chairs for other customers. The one good thing I can say, is that my pedicure was very thorough. She did a great job cleaning up my feet, calluses, the massage chair was amazing, etc. My issue is with the way my nails are polished, which is not professional looki
