I enjoyed my facial; however, I was surprised to see my $150 service increase to $260. During my appointment, additional treatments were added and my facial was upgraded without my prior knowledge that these would involve extra charges. I would have appreciated transparency regarding pricing before these services were performed. This business practice is unethical.
