Ive been there before and had a great experience but I wanted to get my hair done recently and it was super hard to get a hold of them. I also tried going in but it was closed the times I tried. So pretty frustrated.

Very disappointed. Went in to get a balayage and haircut and the stylist ruined my hair. I did not realize how messed up my hair was until i went to a stylist that is very knowledgeable with hair. The stylist was able to tell what grade of product was used on my hair and could describe in detail everything that was not done properly and where mistakes were made. Attempted to get some sort of monetary compensation and were unwilling to give me anything back. I had to pay $420 to fix their $150 mistake. I will never be going back to this place and i do not recommend it. The pictures show the mistakes that had to be fixed in all my hair.

To start off I did not receive the haircut. I asked for Tiffany butchered my hair horribly hey let her know I wasn't happy when I left mind you I did chop all my hair off but she butchered what hair was left? She also butchered my friend's hair 5 years ago. I do not recommend this woman. And no for a fact she still works at this place because of my lawyer this has been a very traumatic experience... No thank you on the hair cut Lisa I will be glad to take a refund. My lawyer will if not has already contacted Tiffany

Morgan is by far the best stylist I've ever had. They are booked out a little, so don't expect same day appointments unless there's a cancellation. Love, love, love this place so much! L&M is the only place I'll trust with my hair 💇🏼🖤🖤🖤
