Came in for a consultation on extensions and Shannon was extremely knowledgeable. She was also extremely patient with my three year old who was chatting nonstop. She squeezed my daughter in for a trim and cleaned up her split ends.

Okay so, I had expectations that this salon would be awesome. I had been there before and had a good experience. But boy did I get the wrong stylist. The lady who did my hair greeted me by telling me to wait while she cleaned up after her last client. I was on time and when I walked in she was just sitting on her phone, doing nothing. She commented to the other stylist there that she wanted to go home and just needed to nap. Which okay, don’t we all? But not something I want to hear from the person who’s about to cut several inches of my hair off. She seemed annoyed that my hair wasn’t clean and was impossible to hold a conversation with. Sami is the best ♡ Always friendly and does exactly what you want. I love all the other stylists and how friendly and chatty everyone is. It's a fun, relaxing atmosphere.
