Paid before service was complete then she asked if we wanted to put the hair back up or curled I stated it was fine to just put it back up since we had somewhere to be and she stated I can curl it real quick it’s really no problem. After I said thank you and she stated ARENT YOU GOING TO PAY? I stated I paid before the service was complete she said o yeah… and the curls which she never stated would be a fee since I was fine with it back up Curles ended up being more then my original service

Kaitlin was amazing! As a licensed cosmetologist myself (though no longer practicing), I’m extremely picky and she absolutely delivered —and as a full-time career mom with two littles, it helped that she foils really quick so I could get home to my kids! 😜 Her work is fantastic and they use what I consider to be the best line of color.
