If I could give them less than 0 stars, it’ll be generous. Disgusting! My 14 year old sister could’ve done a better job than this. Didn’t even know how to shape the nail well and it’s bulky.

Horrible service!!!!! -5 star. The place is unsanitary they don’t wipe them chairs after each client. There was a soda can in the pedicure cup holder when I got there. It stayed there even after a client after me that got her nails done. The young girl cut my big left toe it kept burning with the nail polish. They said they didn’t have the regular polish in the color that I wanted so I was forced to get gel. The first guy by the wall doesn’t speak to you he’s very rude. he doesn’t listen to what you want he will proceed to do whatever he wants to do to your nails. I clearly told him that I wanted a stiletto pinky nails cause it helps me to braid. He made all of them short then got mad at me. When I corrected him he had an attitude and tried to rush me out of my chair he only polish my nail

Im not surprised, I tried to go here 1 more time cause my first experience was horrible. I just walked in with still 45 mins until closing wanting a gel manicure. Their response was sorry it's too late for services... The funniest part was when I walked in the customer in the pedi chair responded to me with "what" "huh" & the employees just stood there staring at me? Im like "okay, hello" Gel manicure please? It's too late, it's 6:15 & we close at 7 but it's too late....I knew they would stand up to their low standards and show up...uninvited...lol you guys really suck...

If I could leave a negative review I would, me and my aunt came to this place to get her eyebrows done, she asked her to clean it up and she walked out with one eyebrow basically gone. When she was finished my aunt asked for a mirror and she refused. The owner was rude as well. I asked him for a refill and he said I don’t know and to look at our price board and the refill wasn’t up there. How are you the owner of this store and don’t know the prices of the services you are providing. I don’t recommend this place at all, steer clear from it.

Bottom tier. The good reviews must be very old because this is what they consider a completed fill-in today. Im usually not picky but this is the worst, most embarrassing service I've ever gotten and I don't think that's an exaggeration. It took them 7 minutes to file down my set and they just left it like that. Idk if it was a language barrier but no one would ever ask for this so I'm not sure what happened here. Either way, I wouldn't waste my time visiting this place again and I don't think you should either.
