New client - needed a soak off and new set. My nails were over filed which weren't painful but are a potential not acceptance to a new salon until they are grown out. The daughter took pics of my feet in flipflops on snap - which were damaged due to an accident and I said something and she laughed it off that she would do my feet for free. I did a soak off at the daughter's station whom I thought was going to be doing my nails until her mother (the owner) was done. Her mother was rude. Point blank period. Would jerk my hand to adjust it, pushed my hands aside and then expected me to know she was going to SHOP VACC THE DUST from my nails. ... LOCAL SHOP REVIEW... Decided I would get my nails filled so that they would stop cracking before the holidays; decided to get gels. Went to LB. Nails in Walnutport would suggest NO ONE to ever GO HERE! ... The nails look pretty but the person in charge "mama" refused to listen to me. I asked for gels I was given acrylics and when I said something she proceeded to tell me that she had 30 years in the service and that she would know what's better for me and that she could "make me pretty" when I asked for black nail polish she then proceeded to tell me that's not what I should get. They did great work but watch out if your a big girl 200 pounds plus you can't use the massage chair because we will break the rollers(per the owner). But the lady I had was awesome!! I was definitely offended and happy I'm only visiting.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!! Rude staffffff!!! Couldn’t do French tips, I even paid them and they was complaining about me not liking them. Don’t go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They’re very rude

I do not recommend this place. I went there once to get my nails done and they are crooked , the thumb is shorter than the rest and the French’s are off on each nail. I told the lady that they weren’t right and crooked and asked if they could fix it . She told me they were right and that it was my “fingers.” that were crooked she also vacuumed my hands with a shop vac to get the dust off . When I asked her to fix the nails she kept telling me it’s my eyes and that they all match when clearly they don’t . I won’t ever go back there and now have to pay to get these fixed . Very unhappy
