My pedicure was amazing! Longest massage ever! Now my nails…. Absolutely horrible. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years and I have never had nails as bad as these! It was a different woman than who did my pedicure but the lady who did my nails didn’t talk much nor really explain anything. First she used sculpting gel to do my nails when I said acrylic, told me it was better for my nails so whatever. Every time she did them and I put them in the light they burned like excruciating pain she told me that was normal. Also they were all different shapes and chunkiness but I figured she would shape them out. I was wrong. Every nail is square has its own shape and thickness. I pointed out several nails asking her to fix them she barely did. The then paints them the paint doesn’t go all t

I mean if I could do a zero I def would. Had a 10:30 appt…. Waited two hours because there’s was one person (Tina) who knew how to “do nails”. I needed an acrylic refill. First person who had no idea what she was do dremeled my acrylic all the way down to my real nail while removing my gel polish. Burned me multiple times. Tina herself didn’t even fill my nails properly & I will post pictures. They are super fat and lumpy. Totally not filed good at all and misshaped. I was so upset I left without polish because it was awful and my nails looked hideous. Ruined my entire set!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON NO MATTER WHAT.

*pictures at the end* This was an extremely awful place to go. I have never been so upset over my nails. I went in today at 10:30am for a refill on my acrylic nails. Some lady put me at a table and started Filing the old stuff off & then got up and walked away for 15 minutes. Then Tina took over my nails after finishing her customer. She filed my skin many times. I asked for coffin shape & not a single nail was done correctly. The gel polish is all over my fingers. They are all different lengths. Just completely disappointed and not worth $35 at all. Please avoid this place.

New to Whiting, and this was my first time visiting—definitely won’t be my last! I walked in on a Friday afternoon for a gel pedicure and was taken care of right away. I was super pleased with the service I received—Cindy (I hope I got her name right!) did an amazing job. She gave a relaxing foot and leg massage, cleaned up my toes beautifully, and the polish was perfect. Worth every penny! I’ll absolutely be back.
