L A Perfection Nail & Hair

I debated on doing this review or not. But when I went to my regular nail tech I was ashamed to show her the nails I got done at this place. I came in and they were busy. All on their phones so there was no reason for this lady to be rushing. I showed her my inspo pic and when I saw what she had done I was appalled. I had her redo one nail and she got mad at me. Then when I went to pay she charged me $65!!! I still left her I believe a $10 tip idk why 🙄 NEEDLES TO SAY I WONT BE COMING BACK ! And they won’t let me post the picture of the horrible nails done I had to go to google maps to add the pictures!

I came in for a simple soak off, and the service I received was completely unacceptable. A man who clearly was not a trained nail technician lightly filed the top coat and left me to soak for 25 minutes. Then, a technician briefly filed my nails and left me again for another 30 minutes. In total, I sat unattended for 55 minutes while every other client around me was being helped. What should have been a basic 30 minute service turned into over an hour of being ignored. I eventually had to walk out because I had another appointment. Only as I was leaving did someone finally ask if I wanted to wait far too late. I understand being busy, but if you're too overwhelmed to provide even the most basic service, don't seat clients and waste their time. This experience was unprofessional, inconsider

I got my toes done and it sucks to say that person could not file my nails properly, something they should all be good at to make the nails beautiful, but no she was struggling to even make French tips and at that point I did not enjoy my time there and I feel that I wasted $80 for crappy work that I could’ve gone to a diff salon. I will be going to actual professionals for my next nail appointment. Disappointing:/ every nail looks different which shouldn’t be the case

i dont write reviews but i need to warn you all. i had vivi and she used a curved tip to replace a nail i broke when the rest of my nails are straight tips. it was crooked and there was glue all underneath the nail. when she put the acrylic on it was chunky and sloppy. it remained very crooked, and when she began filing, she was filing on top of my cuticle and multiple of my fingers are bleeding (see pictures.) when i asked for compensation i was told there "wasnt much they could do." i had to pay $50 for nails that are crooked and bleeding like an add for a shitty kids game with a lot of ads.

GO TO A MAN NAMED MARCH he has profection. he takes time on your nails and actually wants them to look good. I got a full set French tips with a design He started by putting the acrylic nail on in one of my fingers wasn’t exactly straight. He took it right off and put a new one on. Most people would just let it be crooked. I didn’t even have to say anything He takes his time and he has pride and what he does . As soon as you walk into the store, he is the first table on your right please please please book with him. It’s amazing.
