After visiting several nail salons around White Plains, NY. I’ve found my favorite nail spot. I made my first appointment online, got to the place and I was assigned nail tech Sunny. I let her know what I wanted and gave her a reference picture. I was pleased with the result. Sunny let me know ahead of time how much the set was going to be. Which I’m glad since certain spots don’t tell you at all. I just went yesterday to get my nails done after getting the first design with Sunny. My appointment was for a later time, since I couldn’t make it, the receptionist (very kind lady) was able to accommodate for an earlier time. Obviously I had to choose Sunny again. Sunny is very attentive, constantly kept asking me if the length was okay, if the color was okay. Sunny is the best!

Tiffany at KŌHT by Nail Spa is absolutely exceptional. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt cared for. She was attentive, professional, and incredibly skilled. My nails look beautiful, clean, and perfectly shaped. I first visited KŌHT a little over a year ago after receiving a gift card from a colleague - and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. If you’re searching for a top-tier nail salon in Westchester, look no further. I’ve tried many salons in the area, and none come close to the experience KŌHT consistently delivers. The space itself is stunning: spotless, serene, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is not only warm and welcoming, but also incredibly professional and punctual. Every visit feels elevated, from the complimentary coffee, tea, or wine to the high level of service across the board. I’m especially particular about my Gel-X fills, and KŌHT has been nothing short of exceptional. I’ve had appointments with Chen, Mila, Victoria, and several other artists - all of whom are meticulous,

The staff we great but the quality is lacking for the price. Four days in and my Gel nails look the they are two weeks in. The nail tech didn’t do or clean my cuticles. The gel set right against it and now the look horrible that I have some growth.

2.5 rounded to 3*** because the ambience is great and nail techs were sort of nice. I think I’m over this place. I’ve been going for hard gel (uv) since May because I was recommended and my experience started off ok. My nails looked best when Mimi did them (of course she no longer works there). My experiences with the other nail techs (mainly the males) were terrible. My pedicure with one of the males one time lasted 10 minutes, literally. I just constantly felt rushed everytime I sat down (except with Mimi) and the work was pretty average. It’s time to look for a new place. My last appointment was for removal of hard gel and just a clean manicure (no polish) and I still had to pay $36????? I didn’t even get a color. The whole appointment lasted 15 minutes.
