I needed a new lash technician so found Sophie based on reviews for KV lash and so happy I did! She does an awesome job in a timely matter and the recliner chairs are so comfortable. I have had multiple appointments and been very pleased with my lash results. Not to mention no falling out or thinning well after 2 weeks. Highly recommend

I went to the location in Vacaville for my first set of classic lashes. I’ve never had my lashes done before so she walked me through everything and let me know what would look best on me. It seemed like she spent a lot more time on one eye than the other but the end result was even and good. I wish I knew the numbers for the length because it was a bit too long for me, which is not the technicians fault at all. I feel like the lashes didn’t last me as long as I thought they would. They would fall out a lot. When I went back to have them removed they charged me full price of removal despite me only having 3 to remove and it taking 10 seconds. I know someone else who goes here and I’ve never seen her lashes fall out, I’m not sure if she goes to another technician or what was happening with

I love how my lashes turned out. The thing I found negative about the place is their dirty bathroom, I mean if you're going for a serene atmosphere that's not the way to go and it was only 10 a.m. and I don't appreciate chit chatting in the background while trying to relax and enjoy your time. BUT if I'm going to rate the skill, it's 5 stars for the lashes!
