I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years, and I can say my 2 appointments here on my extended visit to California will be the 2 appointments I remember the most! Vy is a very good listener and does an excellent job giving you the nail experience you'd expect from a tech that loves her chosen career. I am in love with the nails she did for me. Sad I don't live closer! Some day maybe! Worth every single penny. And if you're a walk-in please be polite. You will probably have a 30 to 40 minute wait if she is already with someone, don't be rude, and just make an appointment for the next available time and go about your day till it's time for you! Vy was awesome! I'm from Rowland Heights but tried visiting this place on the way. She really has the technique and designed my nails beautifully!!! I was relaxed and they have taken a good care of me... Hot towels, massage,... Overall, ten out of ten for services, design, everything!

Ivy charged me $80 for an acrylic set with a design of her choosing on 4 nails. I had told her my job is really hard on my hands and I needed a good C curve for strength. She does a minimally arched, flat shape. One snapped the following day. She offered to fix it. I tried to come in at our agreed upon time and found out she was out getting her nails done. I thought that's fine she and her sister are probably just in the other room. We had briefly talked during my manicure about how grown out her set was and that she was waiting for her sister to become available to do it. I waited half an hour before her foot massage lady told me that Ivy was NOT EVEN IN THE BUILDING. She had left and 100% blew me off when we had texted multiple times to confirm. The sheer disrespect is what really hurts.
