Kute Nail Spa

These are the cutest nails I have ever had. They are exactly the shape and size that I asked for. My tech was very quick and did a great job. And these nails were quite reasonably priced. I am very happy and will be back.

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for years but here lately it has been a real disappointment. I got a fill in two weeks ago, 3 of my nails broke since then. One broke two days after it was fixed. Decided to get another fill in last Saturday my nail broke the same night. I went back today and was told that if I didn’t wait for the original person who did them (which was going to be an hour wait) I could let someone else fix it but it would be a $10 charge smh. I find this totally unacceptable seeing how I already paid $70 plus along with a good tip. Kute nail spa just lost a good customer never going back!!

I have visited this location over three times and have only had a good experience once. One issue was asking for a design that could not be executed properly. If you have never designed nails a certain way, and if it is the first time you are trying the design, then disclose that information to the customer to allow them to consider their options. The last two visits are why the establishment received a one star review. A design was requested and the results were so bad that I asked for just a simple polish change, nail polish from the previous visit was left on some of my nails after a fill-in, and the final result of the polish was so thick that my nails looked horrible. Wonderful girls day at the salon! We received awesome pedicures. The nail techs did a superior job! And i enjoyed a mimosa!

Everything was rushed! First got my pedicure done I understand most if not all employees are foreign no problem but no one that helped me seem to understand me I had to keep repeating myself and still did not get what I wanted even after showing a picture twice. Originally asked for full set on my toes I was asked multiple times if I was sure I wanted that and I told them yes and showed picture twice. Lady put just plain acrylic like a overlay on my toes before she could get past toe number 2 my toes were burning from the chemicals so I stopped her told her to use regular polish; finished product paint on my toes not just the nail, lines messed up, chipping already, you can see where my natural toe nails have the darker tip and lighter bottom which I asked her to cover and the reason I wa
