Made an appointment showed up 15 minutes early got told who was supposed to be cutting my hair wasn’t there today. I was also told when I arrived I was in the wrong place based solely on how I looked (I was told to go to a white people place next door). Would go anywhere before I would ever come here again. Left without even getting a haircut after an hour

As a walk in, you're made to wait for the lesser experienced person to cut your hair. Tried calling to reserve a seat but noone ever answers. The vibe just really isn't there and I got my haircut today. It was just not good. Faded incorrectly, the line was not sharp. Overall not worth the 30 dollars i paid for. Ill go get it fixed by another barber if possible but will probably stay away from here unless they can get it together.

Found this shop based off Google reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were polite and extremely patient with my very fussy toddler. Russell did a great job cutting a squirmy client.

This barbershop is small, but it is an awesome barbershop. I learned about from a black male Mississippi State bus driver since I am from out-of state (Austin, Texas). I went in and received an awesome haircut for only $12 and they were very flexible with me and other people walking in to get a haircut. The haircut time was a little longer than expected, but that's only because the barbers cut your hair in great detail. So whether you're trying to get a simple haircut, shave, or a haircut with a great detailed design, I highly recommend Kustom Kuttz & Stylz if you're a brother looking for a barbershop close to the MSU campus. Shout out to Chris Clark for the fresh cut.
