Most helpful staff of any hair store in Huntsville. Since they are fairly new, they are also very open to adding items to their inventory if what you want is not there yet. They have just about all of it already though! My new spot!

Most of the time I have a good experience when purchasing from this retailer, however this evening when I walked in the cashier didn’t speak after I came in and greeted her, she helped me reluctantly, and didn’t really speak until after I had checked out. I spend frequently at this retailer, and the customer service could’ve been better this evening.

my mom needed white nail polish and so she asked if they had some right before closing, the store was abt to close like 5 mins before, and he welcomed her into the building and helped her to buy a primer and a white nail polish!! (don't know the guys name but he was tan and had curly hair in a ear length like mushroom type cut) very good service and cheap! also fast service.
