Kudos Beauty Supply

First off this was my first time in store, I had my eye on the store for awhile now!.It was really nice and clean. I called before to see about some items and they were very nice on the phone. I went today and they were also nice, the woman who helped me was so sweet. The items were close to the original price I'd say a dollar more plus tax. I'll be coming here again, they have a pretty good variety of items as well.

I was a customer of theirs for a long time but I will not return from today on. I went there with my friend to return an expired dye and they told us to call the product company. They did not offer any solution on their part. On the contrary, the owners of the store behaved like totally inconsiderate people towards customers who have spent a lot of money in their store. Do not give your money to such inconsiderate people.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Soon as I walked into the place one lady came to one end of the aisle watching me then I noticed another lady came to the other end of the aisle pretending she was looking at the mannequins hair. I went to the next aisle and both of them continued to followed me as if I was going to steal. I asked the cashier if I could speak to a manager. She told me we have an assistant manager but he’s on break. I asked if I could still speak with him but clearly that was useless because when I did express my concerns with him of how I was being followed by his workers he said “we don’t do that here”. I told him well it was just done to me and you don’t make people feel like that when they are shopping. I was going to purchase some stuff but I handed everyt

Great service! Owners are very helpful! Anytime I have a question about my hair I ask the man or woman at the cashier and they’ve always given me great advice! Great products and prices! My go to beauty store for my hair products.

The owners are so nice as well as the workers, the workers are very helpful when it comes to helping their customers find the right products and they even make suggestions if they don’t have something in stock
