My nails are very thin and delicate so I wanted to try builder gel to help them grow. Not many places offer builder gel but KT nails does and their services live up to their reviews. Vy, The owner treated me very unprofessionally. This would’ve been my third appointment with her. My first appointment I had to wait 10 minutes. No big deal. My second appointment I had to wait 30 minutes, which did cause me some issues with being late to work. My third appointment was originally scheduled for Monday, January 19 which I had scheduled three weeks ahead of time. Vy Texted me three days prior to say she wanted to take that day off and to reschedule me. I did not cause any fuss and rescheduled for the next day today Tuesday at 9 AM when they open to ensure I can get to work on time. When I got there at 9:01 AM, she was doing someone else’s nails.
