I had a great experience with Krenar! I came in with very tight shoulders, some pain, and a lot of stress, and I left feeling so much better. The trigger point work and stretching techniques he performed really helped release the tension. The professionalism throughout the session also made me feel completely comfortable. I Highly recommend!!!

I made a last minute appointment due to neck/shoulder discomfort and I left feeling much more mobile and with much less tension. I was impressed with K’s skills, as certain stretches had previously been performed on me by a physical therapist. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely be a repeat customer.

I cannot say enough good things about K! It is very clear he works to serve the local community. He is kind and the definition of a small hard working business owner. He is thoughtful and of course excellent at massage. Incredibly high quality service.

Hands down the best most thorough massage I’ve ever gotten. I went in and couldn’t turn my head. My neck was bothering me so badly and now I have just about full range of motion. I’ve been seeing this therapist for a while and the results have been excellent. My pain has improved and I’ve seen real gains in flexibility and mobility. Sessions are tailored to what I need, and the approach is thoughtful and effective. Highly recommend if you want more than a “relaxation only” massage.
