I’ve been going to this nail salon for about six months and never had any issues before, but now I’m dealing with what appears to be a nail fungus. I’ve never had yellow or painful nails in my life until recently — and this is the only place I’ve been going to. When I mentioned it, they insisted it wasn’t from them, but I later found out that another customers had the same issue. If multiple people are experiencing the same problem, something isn’t right. After reading other reviews, I noticed several comments mentioning poor sanitation and lack of proper cleaning or disinfecting. Honestly, this place needs to be inspected. This was my 1st experience with having this service done. I am hooked will be back every 4 weeks with the tech (Tina) to have this procedure done. She did an excellent job. Being a guy, I never thought about having this service done in the past. But today opened my eyes. I will be a regular customer of KS Nails and Spa from here on out.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. Krystal, the person who did my nails, was very unprofessional. While doing my nails, she even told me that she doesn’t like doing nails - which really showed in her work. My nails turned out thick, uneven, and poorly shaped with a heavy layer of filing. The polish wasn’t applied from the base, making them look like they were done two weeks ago instead of today. If you don’t enjoy doing nails, why make them look so bad when customers are paying for a professional service? Honestly, I could have done a better job at home. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

Great atmosphere..calm..quiet..friendly. LOVE LOVE LOVE Cindy! Soo talented. She gives the best mani, pedi and even waxing services. UPDATE: now that it's been almost a year I still can't say enough about Cindy. My nails have never been so healthy and my never-ending facial hair is soo soft when it grows back in. I haven't captured all of my nails as we have gone along but here some more. I show up with a design and she makes it happen beautifully and without fail.

Im so happy with how my toenails turned out. I showed her the Halloween design I wanted and she did such a great job. I appreciate that the staff at Ks Nails are always willing to try whatever type of design I ask for 😍
