K’s Nails

if i could give this place ZERO stars i would!! my sister & i made an appointment for 12pm (when she made the appointments she specifically stated that the nails are for her wedding) after waiting for 35 minutes we were still not seated with a tech because they kept taking their “regulars” that walked in after us! we ended up leaving after waiting for 40 minutes. what is the point of making appointments if you do not honor them. i will not recommend this place to anyone.

I came in for a dip manicure & I asked for a coral color. The staff assured me that the color they grabbed was the same as my choice… the tech grabbed a hot orange & said it would dry coral. When I said I didn’t like them he said “that’s the color you chose.” My nails are thick & messy & the color is incorrect. Their solution was to cover the color up with another. I said no, they’ll be too thick. And he said “we’ll file them” I asked if they would just do another set & he said “no it’ll take too long, this is the color you chose” I’m disappointed & out 50 dollars for terrible service & nails. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Very nice great place. However my second time around my nails are chipping and it's not even two weeks

I usually have a good experience, I'm not a regular customer but when I do get my nails done, this is where I go. Today I went in for a gel polish change, it was confirmed multiple times that is was just a polish change. After changing hands between 3 different techs it must have gotten lost somewhere along the line because they did a full manicure and kept me in there for 1.5 hr, I was taken right back first thing after opening. So I was charged for a full manicure as opposed to a polish change. Secondly I told 2 different techs that were going back and forth between me I wanted to keep my length, only to shape up a little bit. Over 10 years of going here, I’ve only had one bad experience, which was handled. I absolutely love this salon and after going to a different nail salon last week, I will drive an hour out of my way to come here for all my nail salon/ waxing needs. I moved, however I will be driving to come to this salon! Did I say I Love this salon!? lol Thank you!
