Krystal Nail

This place is very sanitary when it comes to pedicures. Even before covid they always lined sinks with plastic bags and opens brand new tools. They are now making you fill out a form and take your temperature upon arrival and have added sneeze guards around pedicure chairs for your safety. This place gets 4 stars because even if you make an appointment you have to wait like an hour to get seen.

I went to this location as my nail tech moved to Florida I made a mistake when I went back for a second visit which prompted my third & last visit. The shop is clean the staff is primarily appropriate, however upon my last visit I shared with my mail tech, the owner the skin around my nails he advised it was dry skin never opting to remove it. This morning after my manicure there was a shine around my nails, indicating product on skin. I phoned the owner to ask if I could send a picture of my nails, his response was no I had to come in as he couldn’t go by the picture which my concern if the product on the skin was very obvious. My nails were cut down to short & were not the shape I requested as my fingers are chunky so slim nails are better suited. I

I've been coming to this nail shop for over 20 years. John has an impeccable memory and remembers me, everyone in my family and where we last lived. I walked in today and he asked how my mother and sister were and remembered where they last lived! Great service and nail care for a great price. Was going to a place closer to my home in woodbridge and they charged me almost double of what they charge at Krystle's. So I'll take a ride up the GSP and pay some tolls to support this business...still nets cheaper for me. I highly recommend.

I love this nail 💅 place. The guy who did my nails do a great job. I used to go to Angie's nails in Union and after one week of doing my gel nails I have to go back to get it re-done. When I find this place closer to my house I was very happy!! 😊 I can... tell you I, don't have to go back forth within one week to get my nails, my nails last for more than three.

I love this place! All of the manicurist are excellent! I go to Julie. I love her. She knows what you want and will make every attempt To make sure that you are satisfied. Kevin is a Picasso in the nail business. You will not be disappointed!!
