Krucial Cutz

Great atmosphere. Awesome guys. Entertaining conversation. My son got a great haircut fixing what the last lady at another place messed up. Mitch got everything cleaned up and looking great. We all marveled at how good he looked afterward. We will be back. Thanks for a great experience.

My son has been going here since he was 1. He's 2 now. KC the owner did his 1st haircut and BT is now his regular barber. He loves his barber. The facility is clean. All of the staff here is personable and friendly. They have a tremendous amount of patience with children and are very respectful/considerate of the conversations they hold.

They cut hair well, but they could work on their customer service skills. A potential customer shouldn't have to wait an hour without being acknowledged, and left to wonder how long it will be to get cut, while watching dude after dude jump into the chair even though he was there first. Now it could be that they were scheduled appointments, but the least these cutters could do is let a man know if he can expect to get a haircut anytime in the near future. It's all good though. Seems like they get enough business to not worry about retaining customers. I'll just take my business elsewhere.

I went to Krucial Cutz hoping for the best, but expecting the worst based on other barbershops I've been trying out lately. My barber was Ken and he did a fantastic job. Very polite environment and you could tell they take the craft very seriously. Definitely won't be going anywhere else as long as I'm living in the Houston area.

I love this barber shop it clean the barbers are welcoming I think that they do excellent work this shop has a family atmosphere. The management request the management team and theirs patrons be respectful and no cursing. I find that it is an enjoyable experience and sometime entertaining and you get a great hair cut. I truly highly this recommend this establishment .
