Extremely friendly service. They were able to accommodate me for a walk-in on a busy day. Everybody here is very sweet; you can tell they care about your experience and make sure that you feel good. I came here after being turned away from another business who simply said “I don’t have time” and didn’t bother to even offer another appointment time.

Terrible pedicure. More polish on my cuticles and skin than anywhere else and not inexpensive either. This is just one of my toes. I didn’t look like my nails were chewed on when I got there but that’s how it looks now.

I was from out of town (NZ in fact), rang , and was lucky to get a last minute appointment due to cancellation. My nails are the best they’ve ever ever been, and the conversation and care was incredible. Thank you so much! Jo

I was pleased with the work Lihn performed, gel mani/pedi, but I was not pleased with the bloated pricing to have a gel polish done. I understand it takes a little more time, but to charge double is outrageous. The pricing for it was not posted. I understood there would be an increase but was not expecting DOUBLE. I did see some dismissive behavior towards a potential client.

I’ve been going to Kristy’s for several years. They are friendly and enjoyable to visit with. I also enjoy talking to the other clients.I get compliments on my gel manicures and the flowers that Linh puts on my big toes all the time!
