Kristy has such a good soul and it really translate into the work she does. She is really easy to talk to and feel comfortable. She explained every hair product she used and why. Her salon felt like a private suite. Overall would HIGHLY recommend, it's a plus that my hair out looking better than if ever has with wavy mixed hair textures.
