Kristi's Barber Shop

Walked in for a morning haircut. Someone was sitting looking at their phone. I akwardly stood with no acknowledgement. No signs of wanting to work. Asked if they took card. Her attention was so stuck on her phone screen, she said yes without knowing what she was answering. Then said no and that there's an ATM in the back. Clearly I wouldn't want someone like this cutting my hair. Never coming back to this place. Thanks for nothing.

Heather did a great job with the cut. She really listened to what I wanted and made some great conversation. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a barber. Great price, great shop. After trying a few, I have definitely found my shop!

Was a customer when I first moved to the area. Neon sign displayed 11-6. Arrived with my son at 4:50 and told as I enter, "We are closed." Granted it was not Kristy. Have many options and moved back to the area. Don't like business with mixed messages. Lost this customer. Years ago enjoyed the hot towels and clean cuts. Another bad experience 8/6/19 Son 14 is taken in by my wife and shares a picture of how my son wants his hair cut. Female barber starts cutting and tells my wife she understands. Son goes in with long hair to be trimmed before school, walks out looking like a new recruit in the Navy, nothing like what the picture shows. Son at 14 not pleased how he will enter 9th grade with a military hair cut. One star because it's cut even. BEWARE THEY ONLY KNOW MILITARY CUTS. Hugh fail

I found my new barber! This place is amazing. The women are very sweet, and gave me the best hair cut I have had since I moved here! I've tried a bunch of different places since arriving in Pensacola, and this place has the best prices as well as takes their time on the cut while making it a very comfortable experience. I'm already looking forward to the next cut! 🤙🏼
