I liked my pedicure but my manicure was not what I expected. He cut my nails WAY TOO SHORT, kept filing them down shorter and shorter to where it was burning my skin. I asked for hard gel and he put so much on it that it was too thick on top, my nails were ruined. I had him redo it and make them thinner, to where he asked me if I wanted a different chrome and I said sure. Didn’t even bother filing off the rest of the red nail polish. Just added the chrome on top. So unprofessional, didn’t pay full price. I literally started crying when I left because my nails were so ugly! I got home and filed away the chrome, that’s how he left my nails under the chrome. Never coming here again. The Hispanic lady who did my pedicure was great!

The use cheap product and blame it on the client. I came get 3 days in a row to fix my broken nails! Requested a partial refund, because I understand that I'm paying for a service as well, and they declined it. Saturday- 1 set broke within an hour. Sunday- 2nd new set broke on Monday. Monday- The Owner, Cindy says, "We cannot refund you. You have to check your nails before you leave. I don't know what you are doing at home."

Today I went to get a pedicure and a short man did it. I didn't like it; he didn't even use hot towels. Instead of lotion, I used alcohol. My feet didn't even stay in the water for long. I told him I had ingrown toenails and wanted to stick a toothpick in my toe. I didn't like it, and he left his tray with his nails stools on the floor. I don't think he knows what he's doing; he's still learning. I paid $28.00. BAD SERVICE!!

this place does a great pedicure but my gel and nails were awful the guy who did them trimmed them which was the right length but them filed them way shorter then I ever wear them, the shape was awful and the tips of my polish were uneven, I told them I didn't like them they told me the polish was too thin which I think they could have told me as soon as they realized it so we could adjust the color to work correctly, after being there over an hour I gave up and took what I got. Now I have to go somewhere else and get the polish again more money I should not have had to pay if they were done right the first time

The best nail salon on Fry Rd. Good price! Great service & friendly staffs! Look at my nails for Christmas. How gorgeous they are 🥰
