I barely ever make reviews but this was weighing on me hard. I had an appointment with Kinsley Walsh in March for my birthday. I saw her advertised beautiful blonde highlights. 3 hours and 180$ plus tip later, my hair looked HORRIBLE. Worse than when I walked in. I was so disappointed. I got ahold of her and she said she could fix it. She then proceeded to cancel the rebooked appointment for the fix. I spoke to the owner and she said I would have to go back to the girl who messed my hair up or she could possibly fix it but her "books were tight". I made an appointment with the owner and they called me a few days before my appointment to let me know this does not and will not include a blow out and style because they were rushed and I was lucky to be penciled in that slot. Got my haircut from Emma and she’s the best! I love it !! She was attentive to my needs/wants and was very professional. I highly recommend coming here. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming. Don’t regret coming in and getting a trim! Will be coming back for sure.

Loved my first experience at K'Renae. It was bright, clean, and welcoming with easy parking. I have tried a different salon/ stylist every cut I've had since moving to the area. Kristin listened to what I wanted & didn't want & we came up with a plan. I really like the cut. It's super easy to style, and I keep getting compliments. I pre-booked my next several appointments here, and I have finally found my new salon! Thanks

so let’s get into it first of all I want to say I have gone to Ansiley for over a year and was 1000% satisfied with My Extensions weekly blowouts and color I also have gone to Crystal for two sessions of micro, blading, touchup and monthly waxing. My mother was a client of Emma‘s and Mandy. I have nothing against any of these girls what my problem is is the owner approximately two weeks ago I was scheduled for a blowout, and my mother who is disabled was scheduled for a haircut and color about an hour before my appointment I get a text from Ansley telling me that she can’t take me because another client had come in and she was new and she wanted other services so I was I was asked to come in around 3 o’clock instead of 12, which was the same time that my mother had her service. Emma Symonds cuts my hair she is very good and compassionate about what she does. She's very precise about her cuts. I receive so many compliments on my Haircut. She listens to what I want and Always does a wonderful job making sure I'm happy. Thank you Emma!!
