I genuinely have never felt compelled to leave a bad review for a nail place, especially a local one, but this experience was genuinely so subpar people need to know it. I came in asking for tips with gel. One hour and 45 mins later the lady who was working on what was left of my fingers - still managed to send me home with the most slapdash, lazy, messy application I’ve ever seen and I do my own nails at home. For any amount of money, I don’t care if this is a cheaper place - this quality is unacceptable. I left with huge gaps of paint on the nails, my middle finger is shorter than the rest of the fingers, there is acrylic paste all over my fingers, the surrounding skin was filed raw, the application was clumpy and uneven, and my nails don’t even feel secure on my hands. I’m literally goi

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I need to share my experience here. I had my nails done by Peter, who is very talented, but unfortunately the application was not done properly this time. Within two weeks: -Two nails completely broke off because of cracks On the side of the nails forming( poor application) -Multiple nails cracked along the sides. -Product was applied onto my skin and not filed correctly, which led to a serious bacterial infection. I ended up in the hospital, was treated, and prescribed amoxicillin. I have medical documentation and bills to prove this. To clarify the timeline: I told Peter when I got my nails done that I would be leaving for vacation, which is why I wanted them done in advance. My soon to be fiancé insisted on me getting my nails done because he actually

Please don’t change the prices , every time is a different price , this needs to be corrected Every time I go its more for the service , I do not mind paying for my nails but do not change prices , I will need to write it down next time and document while I am there .also primer liquid applied before acrylic nails always has to be changed, it’s very important for sanitation purposes . Very much appreciated..

I went here today for the first time based off the reviews. I was a walk in, and luckily I was taken quickly. My pedicure came out great (regular polish) and the nail tech did a nice job, however my manicure looks pretty bad. I noticed as it got later it got busier so I'm not sure if the nail tech was rushing or if the gel polish was just cheap. I noticed the polish took almost double the normal amount of time to dry. My hands were actually starting to feel pretty hot from being under the UV light so long, which is not typical to me. Pretty upset about the manicure, the polish is all over the edges of several nails. I may give them another try since the pricing is affordable. Wondering if anyone has had similar issues or can recommend a good nail tech there? I was really hoping I'd like it

Walked in after making an appointment and got taken in right away. I originally had SNS manicure but I decided to just do a regular gel mani. I removed the SNS powder from 7/10 of my nails and one needed to be fixed. Isabelle was my nail tech and was absolutely great. She got my nail shaped exactly how I wanted them and when I asked to file them down more, she explained to me why she couldn’t and was really nice about it. The manager (maybe the owner?) had to be the one to fix my broken nail by putting a tip on my nail and then a clear gel like coat on top. A gel mani is $22 and they charge a $2 fee for using a card which was fine because there were signs all over the place so I was aware. But they charged me an extra $5 to fix my one nail which I thought would be $3. A similar thing happe
