I wanted to love this place so much, but it hasn’t turned out that way. I did enjoy the lady doing my nails, but I asked for pink and white (old school frenchies) I ended up with a gel acrylic set painted pink and white. I thought okay, whatever. It looked cute for like 2 days, then the bed started lifting. Paint started chipping and then the top of the nail started chipping. I also got charged $15 for the gel that I didn’t even want and they didn’t ask me. Also wanted to get my eyebrows done but even after telling her she didn’t do it and don’t have eyebrow tint. So I feel like I wasted money and time.

Had a Brazilian bikini waxing here. It was the worst waxing experience of my life. The girl didn't know what that meant. She was surprised to have to wax ALL the hairs. She partially removed my hairs with wax, the rest reduced fatigue with scissors or tweezers. I have been waxing every month for many years. Usually, irritation after waxing disappears quickly. After visiting this salon, the irritation went away for several days. All I got was a lot of stress and parts of growing hairs. The chair is not comfortable. I didn't know where to hang my clothes. They hung my jacket on the door handle and pressed it against the door. I don't recommend this salon to anyone.

The service here was great! The chairs are new and actually work too! I also liked that they gave you an option to pay a tip on your card payment, while most nail places don't. They did an excellent job and were very polite/tentative. Super clean too!

My daughter and I came in on Saturday 7/19/25. We both got pedicures. Moon did her and I don't know the name of the lady who did mine. They did excellent jobs. I used to go here all the time. My nail tech left so I left. But I will coming to get my manicure and pedicures. Great job, KP nails & more.
