I had a wonderful experience at KPJames salon. The salon is beautiful, welcoming, and truly feels like a luxury hair salon. The team was so friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. I absolutely love how my highlights and glaze turned out. I am getting so many compliments! You can tell they use high-quality products and really care about their clients and their craft. Love KPJames Salon & all the stylists. I’ve seen Karen, Mykel & Angie and they all feel like family as soon as you walk in. They’re courteous, professional, always smiling & love seeing you look your best when you leave. Angie is amazing at tinting & waxing. I have always been very particular about how my eyebrows are waxed and Angie nails it every single time. Mykel & Karen are magicians with color, cuts & styling. When you aren’t quite sure about what you want your look to be, they have great ideas to bring to the table. Or let them have creative freedom & watch the magic happen. I recommend them 10/10!

I’ve been going to KP James Salon since 2012, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The entire staff is amazing—always welcoming, professional, and kind. Karen has been my hairdresser from the very beginning, and she is truly exceptional. I’m Brazilian and have thick, long, wavy hair, which isn’t easy to manage—not everyone knows how to work with it. Karen understood my hair right away. Over the years, she has cut it short, layered it, colored it, and every single time the results have been perfect. She knows exactly what my hair needs. I also love the atmosphere at the salon. It’s warm, uplifting, and a place where you can truly feel beautiful in a world that can be so ugly sometimes. KP James Salon is special, and Karen is a gem.

Karen, the salon owner, has been doing my hair for years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s excellent. I think some people are just born to do hair color and she’s one of them. Besides that fact, the salon is beautiful and clean and everyone else that works there is awesome too.

Just got best haircut by Karen! My hair was so overdue for a good cut. Was thinning so bad from hair falling out. Gave her idea of what I was looking for. Not only does my hair feel amazing it looks it too. As she was cutting my hair explaining products to enhance the look I would have to do to get the style. Everyone in there is beyond nice. My shampoo girl had me falling asleep. The salon is so cozy & relaxing. I’ll be back in few weeks.
