Kouba Dermatology of Lambertville - Toledo Clinic

I see Kimberly Bushrow, she is an amazing physician and I loved her bedside manner and treatments. I had a spot removed back in October of 2024 and was advised to return for a check in 6 months. The 2 stars goes directly to the office staff/policy. I was so very fortunate to receive a new job, and I was provided with insurance on day one of that new job. On the day of my appointment, I did not have my insurance card due to HR delay in getting my insurance card (but I was insured). I called the office ahead of my appointment to explain the situation and understood that my lack of insurance card may be problematic. I asked the office if I could just go ahead and pay cash for my visit. The receptionist told me - no. I could not pay cash. I could not be seen. I would have to reschedule and

Took My Son here for his acne. Never actually saw the dermatologist/Dr...always saw the practitioner. After a year of treatment and her wanting to push oral medications, he had no improvement...we stopped going and there was no follow up call or care...when the practitioner saw that nothing was helping...I would think you would get the Dr involved but that never happened. When we would go in the room, she would always ask what treatments My Son was on/creams/medications from their office... with all the questions we had already answered at every appointment like they did not keep track of their own patients even though we were there every couple of weeks. She was not very friendly and didn't seem to enjoy being there. I would not recommend or go back.

Highly efficient staff. I'm impressed that everyone knows what they're doing. They work well together. Easy to make and appointment at my convenience. Also, appreciate there willingness to put me on a will call list. I feel extremely confident with and trust that the doctor knows what he's doing. He examines/explains/educates me about my condition, then suggests the choices I have to improve the health of my skin. I walk away with confidence that I'm in good hands.

My appointment with Kim Bushrow, PA-C was very good. She was very professional explained everything as she went along. I highly recommend her. My wife saw Holly Rattan,NP-C she was very pleased with treatment & course of action. She would highly recommend Holly for care. The receptionist was friendly and professional as well as the staff inside practice. Very positive experience for both of us.

Since my very first visit, I have experienced a friendly relationship with the staff. I can't begin to say how much I enjoy my treatment with the wonderful Kim Bushrow, she is very professional and friendly. Kim is a compliment to the profession and a people person. I would recommend her to anyone. 😁👍
