Lisa is so sweet, and Quincy is great when it comes to executing my nails to exactly what I need when I show her photo references (I’m a hand model so I need my nails done for photoshoots)! She is quick and accurate and I always leave with a smile❤️

*Based on two prior experiences with Sally I don't ever write reviews. However, my experiences here were drastically different compared to the first and second time. The first time when coming here was great, Sally was my nail technician and all I needed were just acrylic nails. Great communication, perfect execution, and my nails were just stunning. Since these acrylics lasted for a month, I went back to get a fresh set and decided to make an appointment with Sally again. The second time was an insane let down. I specifically wanted acrylic toes and acrylic nails with designs. I had an important ceremony and figured Sally was going to do great, given the last appointment was amazing. Before sitting in the pedicure chair, I asked Sally twice for "acrylic toes." Both replies were with an "

I literally used to love this place until I had a bad experience. I got my tip nails done Tuesday and on Friday they all fell off I went back to see if they could fix them but they refuse since I had a repay again. I was so upset and so annoyed it hasn’t been a week and they fell off but I spoke to the manager Lisa she raised her voice at me telling me that I couldn’t get them fixed and I had to pay another $40 to get them fixed when it’s only been three days and they fell off. If you do decide to go there ask for Winnie to do your nails for tips.

The worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had! The lady was so fast, she did my pedicure in 11 minutes and my manicure in 5 minutes! She did a lousy job on my feet, they were still rough, when she did my manicure, she didn't even put cuticle oil. I had a good experience a few months ago, which is why I went back. Will never, ever go there again! Don't waste your time, the place is filthy and the workers are rude.
