My daughter didn't feel the experience was welcoming. As a 12 year old she loves trips to the hair store. Wanted to allow her the opportunity to go ta different one and she asked me after why did O take her there. The atmosphere when she was paying was as if she was bothering the clerk. So when my child isn't happy neither am I 🙃

Store owner Charles and staff was amazing. Was very helpful in deciding my hair selections. I definitely recommend visiting for all your beauty and hair needs.

I had a disappointing experience at this hair store due to the behavior of an employee named Kirsten. Her attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful when I asked a simple question about a product. Instead of assisting, she was dismissive and made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is important, and this experience fell well below expectations. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated better.

Kirsten was such a wonderful helper to me today! I stopped in to ask about wig caps, she took me over to show me the stock you have and I asked if I could feel how the spandex ones felt- she opened the package so I could check it- just what I hoped for! My friend with me mentioned how many wigs you carry in stock. So we started looking and Kirsten was again very helpful and got down 2 for me to look at more closely. I was very surprised to find that one of the wigs was a style that looks very much like me… I bought it and a 2nd wig cap. She is very good for your customer service!
