Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the work was beautiful, and the attention to detail truly set this salon apart. I brought my young daughter with me to get her nails done as well, and she was treated like an absolute princess so patient, kind, and welcoming. This is definitely a quality over quantity salon, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend. five stars, if not more! An experience you won’t regret. Went to get my nails done for homecoming spent 70 dollars without tip. Amy first was doing my nails and then bo took over he started to get mad at me because he kept messing up when i would ask him to redo it my nails were so thick and ugly. I left and came back and made them redo he was making rude comments the entire time i was there. He got so mad he took my nail and started twisting it. Will not be coming back here, Bo is also one of the owners so so unprofessional…

I really liked it here. Angelina is AWESOME. Her personality is such a cool vibe not to mention she did an amazing job on my pedicure. Leo did my nails and was a lot less talkative but he did a good job and I had no complaints. I will go back the next time I'm in town!

4/17/25: I tried for the first time a dip powder color to strengthen my nails and I love it! Lily did an amazing job! I’ve visited Koi Nail Spa in two occasions for gel manicures. Fast walk-in service. Very friendly nail technicians. Always have done an excellent job!

Update( nails finally came off and my poor nails are awful and she gave me "ring if fire" on almost all of my nails. They are super sensitive and soooo thin."----Went in for my birthday nails... Asked for the stock picture posted below, and recieved these , what I consider to be, Claws.. not almond. Not a thin French tip. And this was after they tried to "fix" them...the underneath has acrylic and paint and all of the nails are different thicknesses, they're bumpy and 2 of the nails are very clearly curved..they Refused to give me a refund. While everyone inside was nice the quality of work was not worth the price. And with this very simple nail this should not have been the outcome.. I called them and explained how unhappy I was with the nails they said I could come back and get them fix
